Ship It
You can't please everyone. You won't please everyone.
When you ship, some people will be upset you didn't ship their thing. When you ship their thing, they'll be upset you didn't ship it their way.
That's the job. Your job isn't to make everyone happy. Your job is to make the right thing. Ship what solves real problems for the most people. Then give it two weeks.
The first reaction is always emotional. People need time to actually use what you built. That's when the real feedback comes.
Listen to everything. But don't react to everything.
There's a difference between hearing users and letting users design your product. Users don't see the big picture. They don't want to see it. They want a faster horse. You need to build the car.
You know what needs to be built. Build it. Ship it. Learn from it.
Then do it again.
